Alice Rickert

About

Alice Rickert is a psychologist and head of the research project "Two and a half Men - The Impact of HR-Analytics on responsible leadership" at the University of St.Gallen. Alongside her studies, she worked in various roles in the business world, mainly in the non-profit sector. Her research focuses on the impact of new technologies such as management algorithms and HR analytics on the decision-making behaviour of leaders. In particular, she looks at dynamics surrounding responsibility and trust. She is a speaker and lecturer at various universities, colleges and foundations and has held several elected positions at the University of St.Gallen and the Albert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg. Among other things, she was Vice-President of the Doctoral Network Association (DocNet) and a visiting researcher at the University of Queensland in Australia.
